We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI,net banking and cash on delivery. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within [3-7 business days]. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

At RatLok, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

 Please review our return policy below:

 Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return: If you order your Size and color choose in apparel and you get actual size or colour which you order then you cannot get return policy. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, product images, and brand names, are the intellectual property of RatLok and may not be used without our written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
